Willie Smith

Willie Smith, FIC, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial since June 2016, where the focus is on integrating faith and financial management for clients. Earlier experience includes serving as President and CEO of Kingdom Agenda Management from December 2015 to May 2016, where the emphasis was on nurturing professional football players into responsible leaders. From December 2011 to June 2015, Willie worked at The Rescue Mission in various roles, including Community Relations Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator, concentrating on grant writing and business development for a non-profit homeless shelter. An internship in Marketing and Player Development with Terra Firma Sports Management was completed in 2015. Willie holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.
