Bill Pratt

Bill Pratt is the National Sales Director at ThrivePass. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the benefits industry, and has held various leadership positions during their career. Prior to joining ThrivePass, Bill served as Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at National Benefit Services, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic direction and sales plan for the Health & Welfare Business Development Team. Bill also drove new business and accelerated sales across FSA, HSA, HRA, COBRA, Direct Bill and Commuter benefit service lines.

During their time at National Benefit Services, Bill achieved record-setting sales that surpassed 2018 targets and generated over $1M in annual client revenue across the small to mid-market space. Bill also developed a new national broker partnership that resulted in a record-setting sales year across the mid to large market space, closing over $600k in new logo business within 18 months. As a result of these efforts, they increased HSA participants under administration by over 71%.

Prior to joining National Benefit Services, Bill served as Division Vice President, Benefits Service Executive & Site General Manager at ADP. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of Benefits Service Executives who provided service and support to ADP clients. Bill also oversaw the operations of ADP’s benefits administration site.

Bill Pratt received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Bill also completed a Spanish minor while at the university.
