Decker Landman is a strategic data analyst at ThrivePass since September 2025, following a role as a partner success coordinator at Mylo from June 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing marketing tools and enhancing campaign performance in the InsurTech sector. Prior to this, Decker served as a partner success intern, analyzing acquisition campaign results, and as a sales intern focused on lead generation. Decker's career began at Perfect Pools, where operations management was overseen for multiple commercial pool properties. Decker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis on Sales from the University of Mississippi, graduating in December 2022.
