James Stephen is currently the COBRA Administrator at ThrivePass. James has previous experience as a software engineer, most notably with Aplos Global Limited from September 2020 to May 2022. There, they developed a mobile application with a 360 degree view of the company's ERP, as well as an attendance process and leave process. James also oversaw the development of the HR module of the ERP software. Prior to that, they were a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador from September 2019 to August 2021, where they organised workshops and hands-on sessions for students, wrote blogs and articles, and helped them gain skills in different technologies like Azure and Dotnet. James has also held positions as a Google Assistant Developer Community member with Google Developers from July 2019 to October 2019, and as a summer intern with Solitaire Infosys Inc from May 2019 to July 2019. Their first role was as a summer trainee with CS Infotech Inc. from June 2018 to July 2018.
