Jena Goodfellow

Jena Goodfellow is currently a Sales Coordinator at ThrivePass. Prior to this, they spent 9 years at National Benefit Services, LLC where they were a New Business Coordinator and Internal Support. In this role, Jena was responsible for maintaining strong relationships with health benefit brokers and potential new clients. On a daily basis, they communicated with different departments within the corporation to ensure that the needs of the clients were resolved correctly and in a timely manner. Jena provided administrative support for employer-sponsored cafeteria plan benefits, including: Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Section 132(a) Transit and Parking, COBRA, and more.

Jena Goodfellow has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah.
