Nicole Gundacker

Nicole Gundacker has been a Senior UX Designer at ThrivePass since September 2020. Prior to that, they were a UX Designer at ThrivePass from April 2021-September 2020.

Nicole has advocated for, created, and implemented various forms of user research and behavior analytics to identify areas of improvement within our products. This has included conducting interviews with stakeholders, sales, marketing, clients, and users; running usability testing sessions; and evaluating existing products with heuristics and usability in mind. Nicole has also worked alongside the design lead to redesign the marketing site to enhance visual appearance and copy; provided design support to the design lead by enhancing and creating features for products; and worked cross-functionally to handoff new designs to engineers and product managers.

In addition, Nicole has developed visual and writing skills by collaborating with teams to enhance marketing collateral and copy. Nicole has also implemented a company wide process for requesting and completing marketing collateral.

Nicole Gundacker received their B.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Nicole then attended Saint Joseph Hill Academy.

Nicole Gundacker reports to Aneesh Jain, VP of Technology. They work with Shailesh Mishra - Senior Software Developer, Rahul Kumar - Software Developer, and Rinky Garg - Product Support Specialist.
