Douglas Crook

Douglas Crook, DNP, RN, PMHNP-BC, serves as a Nurse Director for the Behavioral Response Team at Boston Children's Hospital, a position held since April 2014, and has also contributed as Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Staff Nurse within the same team. In addition to this role, Douglas has been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Thriveworks since April 2021.
