Gioia Dimicco

Gioia DiMicco, MPS, ATR-BC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently employed at Thriveworks since September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as an Adult Mental Health and Co-Occurring PHP Therapist at High Focus Centers from March 2021 to August 2023 and as the Lead Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist at Seeds of Hope from May 2020 to February 2021. Additional roles include an Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist at Seeds of Hope and various positions at The Renfrew Center, where responsibilities encompassed providing art therapy for women with eating disorders. Gioia's foundation in art therapy was built through internships at The Renfrew Center and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, following educational credentials including a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Redlands.
