Joy Gallon

Joy Gallon is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in therapy and clinical management. Currently serving as a Therapist/Supervisor at Thriveworks since June 2020, Joy provides telehealth and in-person counseling to adults, couples, and families dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. Previously, Joy held the position of Clinical Manager at North Charles Institute for the Addictions, overseeing clinical operations, managing crisis situations, and supervising clinical staff. Joy also has experience as a Clinical Therapist/Lead Clinician at Arbour Counseling Services and served in various roles at The Edinburg Center, including Director of Community Intervention Services. Joy's educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Boston University, a Master of Arts in Business Communications from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
