Kate Geick

Kate Geick, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Process Improvement at Thriveworks, focusing on enhancing the accessibility and affordability of high-quality counseling and psychiatry services. Prior experience includes founding Geick Consulting LLC and serving as a Senior Manager at Lumina Health Partners, as well as working with the UK Covid-19 National Testing Programme at the Department of Health and Social Care. Kate's background in consulting was established at GE Healthcare Partners, where roles spanned from Analyst to Senior Consultant.
