Mary Struzinsky

Mary Struzinsky, LCSW, serves as the CEO, Creator, and Subconscious Success Coach at Rewired for Success Collective since August 2022, with a focus on neuroscience, somatics, and women-centered leadership through her signature program. As the founder and CEO of STAR City Coaching, LLC since July 2021, Mary specializes in helping high-achieving women overcome burnout-driven beliefs and restore nervous system safety. Additionally, Mary has been a licensed clinical social worker and therapist at Thriveworks since January 2021, with prior experience as State Director at StepStone Family & Youth Services and Executive Director at BRALEY & THOMPSON, INC., where responsibilities included operational management and human resources. Early professional roles involved family therapy at Charles Psychiatric Group and crisis intervention at Greater Southeast Community Hospital, among others. Mary holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSSW) from Syracuse University.
