Nikki Dasilva

Nikki DaSilva is a seasoned professional in business operations and analytics with a robust background in customer success and placement operations. Currently serving as a Business Operations & Analytics Analyst at Thriveworks since March 2023, Nikki previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst at Drift, where responsibilities included developing headcount and capacity models and collaborating with sales teams on personnel changes. Nikki's earlier experience includes managing operations at Cultural Care Au Pair, leading a team of specialists, and ensuring compliance within the au pair program.
