Compliance Team

The Compliance Team at Thriveworks ensures that all mental health services align with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Led by the Chief Compliance Officer, the team includes the Senior Agent of Compliance and the Compliance Manager, who work together to develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, conduct regular audits, and provide training to staff to maintain the highest standards of practice.
