Jones is an entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple ventures, including ThriveWorx (Founder & Chairman, 2015–Present) and THRIVE Farmers (Co-Founder & CEO/Director, 2011–Present). Through ThriveWorx, Jones helped establish the ThriveWorx Foundation to invest more deeply in communities with five pillars: Agricultural Excellence, Financial Excellence, Leadership Development, Community Empowerment, and Environmental Stewardship, and to deploy programs that engage communities and lead transformational change. Jones founded HealthCorp of America (1996–2000) and Implantable Provider Group, Inc. (2000–2011), and served as President & COO for both, with IPG later acquired by Evolent Health. Jones has been a member of Founders Pledge since 2019.
