Fletcher Wilson

Co-Founder/CEO at Throne Labs

Fletcher Wilson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Throne Labs since July 2020. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at InterVene, Inc. and also served as the Founder and CEO of the company from August 2011 to May 2020. InterVene is a medical device company focused on treating venous disease in the legs. Fletcher Wilson has also been a Board Member at The Kathy Wilson Foundation since January 2009. Fletcher started their career as a Biodesign Innovation Fellow at Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign from August 2009 to July 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Engineer at InSite Medical Technologies, Inc. from May 2008 to July 2009. Fletcher also had an internship as an R&D Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific from June 2007 to December 2007.

Fletcher Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in the years 2002 to 2006. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University from 2006 to 2008.
