And because we understand that many of life’s challenges stem from internalized distress and adversity, we aim to provide a calm and relatable environment where you can feel empowered to explore and process your experiences. 

Our approach to therapy is dynamic and tailored to meet the needs of each client. In the course of treatment, we typically incorporate elements of trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness, and behavioral therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). And if you’re in search of couples counseling, we also have therapists on our team who specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples.   

Whether you’re healing old wounds, confronting present challenges, or preparing for future transitions, it’s important to remember that you have the strength and ability to overcome life’s obstacles. We’re simply here to help you identify your inherent resources and harness your potential so that you can heal and grow more fully.
