Kyle Gray

Kyle Gray is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Throwe Environmental, where responsibilities include managing programs and engagement while contributing to significant resilience initiatives. As a Project Partner and Board Member for OUT for Sustainability, Kyle leads efforts to promote environmental and climate justice for LGBTQIA+ communities. Additional roles encompass community engagement as a Barista at The Potter's House and facilitating workshops on diversity and inclusion at the University of Rhode Island. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Marine Affairs, a Graduate Certificate in Community Planning, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Italian Language and Literature from the University of Rhode Island. Previous experience includes positions in campaign coordination, restaurant supervision, and internships within governmental and environmental organizations.
