Matt Reynolds

Co-Founder & Chief Scientist at ThruWave

Matt Reynolds is currently the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of ThruWave. Prior to this, they served as the President of Intelligrated from April 2017 to January 2021. During their time with the company, they led the turn key system integrator business post acquisition and oversaw incredible growth in sales and profitability. Matt also developed and commercialized new products, with a focus on software and services.

Before Intelligrated, Matt Reynolds was the Vice President & General Manager (Global) for Honeywell Process Solutions' Projects and Automation Solutions business. In this role, they were based in Houston and responsible for a global business consisting of more than 2500 professionals delivering world class automation projects to customers, in addition to manufacturing facilities and supporting infrastructure across the world. Matt was also accountable for three geographies (America's, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) from solutions development, sales to execution of a combined $1B+ P&L.

Matt Reynolds has a MBA from Stellenbosch University, a strategy certificate from Harvard Business School, a BCom in economics and business law from Stellenbosch University, and a global executive development certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. Matt also went to Paarl Boys High.
