Erik Pulliam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product success and customer management within the SaaS industry. At Thryv since August 2017, Erik has progressed from Sr Thryv Service Specialist to Product Success Manager and currently supervises the Product Success Team, focusing on knowledge content creation and community management for over 40,000 small business users. Prior to Thryv, Erik worked at Send The Light Distribution, LLC. as a Market Expansion Specialist, where significant contributions included managing over 2,000 accounts across the US and Canada and achieving noteworthy sales goals.
