Jake Ferguson is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in graphic, web, and interaction design. Starting as a freelance graphic and web designer at Artype Design from February 2002 to September 2008, Jake progressed to roles such as UX Designer and Senior UX Designer at Einsel between September 2008 and November 2010. Jake then contributed to Choice Hotels International as an Interaction Designer II from January 2015 to June 2017, followed by a position as Lead UX Designer at Local Motors from April 2013 to January 2015. In June 2017, Jake joined Keap as a Principal Product Designer, focusing on a next-generation CRM platform, a role that continued until January 2025.
