Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, marketing, and employee management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at GEHA Health since March 2022, Jeff is responsible for enhancing employee training and development initiatives. As a Marketing Consultant at Thryv since November 2016, Jeff specializes in onboarding businesses to software services, designing websites, and implementing SEO strategies to improve web traffic. Previously, as a Medical Supervisor at CVS Health from September 2011 to 2016, Jeff led a team of 30 representatives and trained over 60 employees across various departments. Jeff also held the position of Store Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2002 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing employee schedules and partnering with Human Resources for new employee orientations.
