Jeffrey Baker

Jeffrey Baker is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in storage engineering and network management. Currently serving as Principal Storage Engineer at Thryv since September 2019, Jeffrey leads a global team focused on evaluating new technologies and managing day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held the position of Vice President at JPMorgan Chase from June 2002 to April 2019, where responsibilities included leading the Global Storage Refresh Team and serving as a point of escalation for SAN-related issues. Jeffrey's technical expertise is further evidenced by previous roles as a Network Engineer at Sysborne, LLC, Infinet, and Great Lakes Computer Corp, as well as as a Field Service Engineer at O/E Midwest, where significant contributions included supporting large client networks and managing system migrations. Jeffrey holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Cincinnati, completed between 1992 and 1997.
