Joanne Small

Joanne Small is a seasoned Business Advisor with extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising solutions for local businesses. Currently, Joanne has been with Thryv since October 2015, focusing on helping clients optimize operations and grow using Thryv Software, encompassing CRM, marketing, social media, and web services. Concurrently, Joanne works as a Business Advisor-Premise for DexYP, where expertise in digital and mobile advertising is applied to achieve clients' business goals and ensure return on investment. Prior to these roles, Joanne served as a Digital Sales Executive at YP from November 2015 to 2017, and as a Media Consultant at Hibu from March 2005 to February 2015, where a strong emphasis was placed on enhancing customer advertising through both digital and print mediums. Joanne holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of the Redwoods.
