Currently serving as Sr. Manager of UX at Thryv since June 2010, Tye leads and mentors a design team focused on delivering high-quality, user-centric visual experiences for company-owned IYP websites. As the Owner and Creative Director of tyedesign.com since June 2007, Tye provides creative direction on various projects. Prior experience includes roles as a UI Designer/Developer at Belo Corp., where Tye contributed to responsive and accessible interfaces for news platforms, and as a Web Designer at JCPenney.com, where Tye was responsible for creating website layouts and promotional content.
