Yi Yang is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in contact center and telecom solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Architect at Thryv since November 2018, Yi successfully consolidated a substantial quantity of toll-free numbers and led the migration of the company’s entire contact center system to a cloud-based platform. Prior experience includes roles at Airbnb as a Network & Collaboration Engineer, where Yi implemented global dial plans and designed security solutions, and at Dimension Data as a Consulting Architect focused on UC projects. Additional experience encompasses significant contributions at Fusion Storm, Brink's, Sentinel Technologies, and Wolters Kluwer, with expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, cloud-based migrations, and security remediation. Yi holds a Bachelor's Degree from Nankai University.
