Lei Shan

Lei Shan is an experienced pattern designer currently working at Thule Group since July 2017, where responsibilities include reviewing tech packs, creating prototypes with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and AccuMark, and collaborating with engineers to address development issues. Prior experience as a Prototype Specialist at Thule Group involved creating prototypes from design sketches and conducting laser cutting for outdoor products. Previously, work as a Prototype Technician at Luba By Payne encompassed brainstorming themes with designers and supervising lab tests. Lei Shan is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Purdue University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from The Johns Hopkins University.
