Amy Wells

Amy Wells is currently the Product Compliance Manager at Thuma, where they build out the company's compliance program and develop processes for regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Previously, Amy worked at MillerKnoll as a Retail Product Compliance Manager, where they developed global compliance programs and collaborated with diverse teams. Their earlier roles include positions at Crate and Barrel, where they managed vendor operations and compliance, and Sears Holdings Corporation, where they supported global compliance initiatives. Amy holds a BA in International Studies and History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is pursuing further study in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on European Politics and Geography.
