Noelle Lyles

Noelle Lyles started their work experience in 2008 as a Theatre Camp Director at the YMCA. Noelle then worked as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at Pelzer's Pretzels of Philadelphia and as a Public Relations, Research, and Administrative Intern at the Russian American Foundation in 2012. In 2013, they became an Individual Life Insurance Claims Processor at Prudential Financial. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Experience Associate and in Operations at Handy HQ. In 2016, they joined Helix Sleep as a Customer Experience Specialist. Noelle then worked at the City of Philadelphia from 2017 to 2020 as an Employee. Currently, they are working at Thuma, starting as an Operations Associate in 2020 and currently holding the position of Outbound Operations Manager.

Noelle Lyles attended Howard University from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Russian Language and Literature. In 2011, they also attended Middlebury College for Russian Language studies. Additionally, in the same year, they studied Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies at Saint Petersburg State University. In 2012, Noelle attended the University of Amsterdam for a brief period to study Conflict Resolution, International Relations, and Community Development in the field of Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution.
