Benjamin Sam

Benjamin Sam is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and design, currently working at Thumbtack since June 2022. Prior to this, Benjamin served as a senior software engineer at Better, where the development and deployment of a green-field public application using modern web technologies were prominent achievements. At Lazard Asset Management, Benjamin held the position of vice president and transformed the team’s development process while leading initiatives that incorporated Agile methodologies and enhanced testing standards. Earlier roles include technology consultant at Accenture, developing data-driven visualizations, and characterization engineer at IBM, focusing on yield management and process improvements. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
