Dave Steveson

Dave Steveson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 1992, they joined MRINetwork as a Technical Recruiter and eventually became an Executive Vice President after 11 years of full life cycle recruiting. Dave then transitioned to KLAS Enterprises as a Regional Director of Healthcare Information Technology Research in 2004. Following this, Dave founded HirePointe Management Group in 2005, where they oversaw all operational, financial, consulting, sales, and recruiting activities. In 2018, they joined Thumbtack as a Senior Technical Recruiter and quickly progressed to roles such as Recruiting Manager and Head of Recruiting for GoToMarket and COO Operations. Currently, at Thumbtack, Dave serves as the Head of Recruiting for GoToMarket, COO ops, and G&A, overseeing the recruitment operations for various departments and adding talent to the high-growth Bay Area startup. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for recruiting and consistently achieved hiring goals.

Dave Steveson attended Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Management.
