Erik Tarango

Erik Tarango is a Software Engineer currently working at Thumbtack since July 2022. Previously, Erik gained experience as a Software Engineer at Blacktop Government Solutions in June 2020, where involvement included hands-on work with Amazon Web Services, Elasticsearch, and Machine Learning, focusing on developing software for analyzing insider threat data to create an alert system. Erik's earlier role as an Engineer Assistant at Bryant Fuel Systems from July 2019 to June 2020 included creating inspection reports and procedures for tank systems and constructing Gantt charts for project management. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College, earned in 2022.
