Jack Erb

Jack Erb started their career as a Lecturer at UC Santa Barbara in September 2009, where they taught economics. In August 2010, they joined the Federal Communications Commission as an Economist and worked there until March 2016. In March 2016, they transitioned to Thumbtack, where they initially served as a Senior Manager for Customer Success Analytics and Reporting. Jack then progressed to the role of Senior Analytics Manager for Customer and Pro Operations from February 2017 to January 2019. After that, they held the position of Head of Ops & GTM Analytics from February 2019 to March 2020. Jack then became the Director of Analytics for Ops & GTM from March 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working as the Sr. Director of Analytics overseeing GTM, Ops, Partnerships, and People at Thumbtack since October 2021.

Jack Erb received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics at UC Santa Barbara, completing their studies from 2003 to 2009.
