Jonathan Bryant

Jonathan Bryant has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jonathan began their career at Pinnacle Security in 2007, where they worked as a Field Tech Manager and later transitioned to the role of Manager of Technical Support. In 2012, Bryant joined eBay and held various roles, including Seller Risk Specialist, Performance & Leadership Coach, and Manager of Seller Risk Management. Since 2015, they have been working at Thumbtack, initially as Manager of Operations Projects, then as Senior Manager of Technical Program Management, and later as Head of Technical Program Management & Procurement. Currently, Bryant holds the position of Director and Head of Technical Program Management at Thumbtack.

Jonathan Bryant obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Finance and Credit from Salt Lake Community College in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2016, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from COPC Inc. in June 2016, COPC HPMT Certification from COPC Inc. in July 2015, and CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in June 2015.
