Kyle Thorup

Kyle Thorup is a seasoned professional in product operations and customer engagement, currently serving as a Product Operations Coordinator at Thumbtack since August 2014. In this role, Kyle focuses on the seamless launch of product updates and synthesizing user feedback from support interactions. Previously, Kyle served as a Product Support Specialist, where the emphasis was on representing customer needs to enhance product quality. Kyle's career also includes sales experience as a Sales Representative at CLEARLINK and a Sales Manager at Tricked Out Accessories, along with early roles as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness. Kyle holds an Associate of Science degree from Salt Lake Community College, earned between 2013 and 2015.
