Will Connor has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an intern at Mulberry Tree Consulting. Will then worked as an Analyst at CFAR from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for analyzing data and organizing client meetings. In 2011, they joined 160over90 as an Account Executive, later being promoted to Senior Account Executive and Account Supervisor. At 160over90, they cultivated client relationships and generated revenue. In 2014, Will worked as an MBA Intern at Unilever before joining The Clorox Company as an Associate Marketing Manager in 2015. Will was later promoted to Brand Manager before leaving in 2018. Currently, Will is working at Thumbtack, where they have held various roles, including Product Marketing Manager, Team Lead, Group Manager, and currently Director, Head of Integrated Marketing.
Will Connor completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy, German Studies, and Economics at Duke University. Will then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing Management and Management & Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
