Tiny Nate, CHRP® CPP®, is a certified HR and Payroll Professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including IT, BPO/Consulting, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and financial services. Currently serving as the People Operations Leader at Thunder, Tiny develops and implements HR strategies aligned with organizational goals while overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations. Previously, Tiny held significant positions such as Head of Human Resources at NEC Philippines, Inc. and Associate Director of Resource Management at Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corp. Tiny holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran and is pursuing additional education in Primary and Secondary Education at Siena College of Quezon City.
