Jason Therrien has worked in various roles in the business world since 1998. In 1998, they founded and was President and CEO of SmartWebBusiness.com, a web-based resource to help businesses understand and get onto the Internet. In 1999, they became President and CEO of thunder::tech (t::t), an integrated marketing agency, where they oversaw the growth of the firm and selected clients. In 2000, they worked as a Web Producer for GE. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Partner/Investor/Board Member for various private companies. In 2011, they became a Board Member for Destination Cleveland CVB and Youth Opportunities Unlimited, and in 2015 they became Co-Chair of the Digital Committee for the 2016 RNC Host Committee. In 2018, they moved from Vice Chair to Chair of the Board of Directors for Youth Opportunities Unlimited, where they served until 2020. In 2007, they were a Board Member for E CITY, which later merged with Y. O. U. In 2022, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for John Carroll University.
