Kevin Flors has been working in the marketing and business field since 2021, when they began their current role as Internal Marketing & New Business Coordinator at thunder::tech. Prior to this, they were an Internal Marketing Coordinator at the same company from 2020 to 2021, and an Account Services Intern from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's from 2017 to 2019.

Kevin Flors obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Creative Writing from Cleveland State University between 2017 and 2021. Kevin also obtained several certifications, including the Hootsuite Platform Certification and Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in March 2021, the Google Analytics for Beginners Certification from Google Analytics in May 2022, the Google Tag Manager Fundamentals Certification from Google Analytics in September 2021, the Digital Marketing for SMBs Certification from Semrush in May 2022, and the SEO Fundamentals Certification from Semrush in May 2022.
