Senior Lead of User Experience Design at thunder::tech

Madeline Hoyle has worked in the design industry for over a decade. Madeline began their career in 2005 as a student at The Cleveland Institute of Art. In 2008, they interned at PartyLite, designing houseware products for a new major product line and creating product spec. manuals for manufacturing. The following year, they worked as a Principal, Lead Designer at Blicksbags, creating products that incorporated reclaimed material and advocated for a healthy lifestyle. In 2010, they were a Design Consultant at Intu and in 2011, they were a Prototype Vendor at Little Tikes. In 2012, they worked as a Design Contractor at Balance Product Development, assisting in the development and prototyping of products for clients. Madeline also contributed design concepts for soft products. From 2009 to 2013, Madeline was a freelance Designer at M. Hoyle Design, providing a wide breadth of skills including product design, graphic design, web development, branding, softgoods, photography, and video production. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been a Senior Lead of User Experience Design, Senior User Experience Designer, and User Experience Designer at thunder::tech.

Madeline Hoyle received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2009. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Design and Architecture Senior High also studying Industrial Design. In 2004, they attended ArtCenter College of Design.
