Laura Rofe

Laura Rofe currently serves as the Director of Account Management EMEA at Thunes, facilitating real-time payments across a global network. As the founder of EmpowerMatch, an AI-driven mentoring platform, and JustBe, a personal growth movement, Laura champions diversity and individual empowerment. Involved with the European Women Payments Network as an Executive Board Member and Country Ambassador for Spain, Laura supports women in the payments industry through mentorship and community building. Previously, Laura held leadership roles at PPRO, WorldFirst, Valitor, FSI (FM Solutions) Limited, and Europcar. Laura holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Griffith University.
