Adele Lombaard

Adele Lombaard is a Capital Procurement Manager with extensive experience in managing and collaborating with diverse teams across various industries. Currently leading a global project for Anglo American to enhance inclusivity in the supply chain, Adele has a strong background in procurement, governance, and implementation strategies for major capital and expansion projects. With two decades of project and program management experience, Adele has held significant roles in organizations such as Thungela, Anglo American, and Hatch, where they have demonstrated exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills. Adele holds a Master of Philosophy in International Business from GIBS Business School and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in BCom Law from the University of South Africa.
