Juandre Knoetsec

Juandre Knoetsec is an experienced professional in the field of training and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Training Manager at Thungela since April 2020. In this role, Juandre is responsible for strategically guiding the Central and Operational Training functions while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting business objectives. Prior to this position, Juandre held roles at Anglo American, including Operations Training Manager and Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational training departments and implementing various training initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness. Additional experience includes management positions at The FranchiseCo and Anatomic, along with a background in human resources at Anglo American. Juandre holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology from Nelson Mandela University, has completed a Management Excellence program at GIBS Business School, and has a Training Diploma from Maccauvlei.
