Wayne Harris is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Human Resources and organizational transformation within the coal mining industry. Currently serving as the Programme Champion for Sustainable Risk Reduction at Thungela since July 2018 and as the Site Transformation Champion for Anglo American Coal South Africa, Wayne focuses on enhancing safety culture and driving transformation initiatives.
