Mike Bird

Mike Bird has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent role was as a Product Solutions Architect at Thunkable starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Arrendy Technology Solutions as a Principal Technologist, where they were involved in A.I. tooling, business process automation, and technology consulting.

In 2022, Mike worked at InOrbit, Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer, and at Bede Gaming Ltd as a Solution Architect.

From 2019 to 2021, they held roles at Flyt as a Team Lead & Technical Product Manager and as a Software Developer.

Mike has also worked as a Software Engineer at Sycle from 2017 to 2019, where they contributed to the development of audiology clinic software.

Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at OneMedNet, where they built secure medical image exchange products.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Full Stack Web Application Developer at SCC Northwest Mfg Ltd, an English Teacher at CHUNGDAHM Learning, and a Community Investment Manager at Green Standards Ltd.

Mike Bird completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo between 2007 and 2012. In 2015, they began pursuing a degree in Applied Software Development at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they also studied Web and Mobile Application Development. Mike Bird additionally obtained certifications in Introduction to Marketing and Introduction to Operation Management from The Wharton School in September 2013.
