Amy Solis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development. Since December 2007, Amy has served as a Senior HR Analyst for Training & Organizational Development at Thurston County Government, creating and delivering a diverse range of training programs. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Training Specialist at Labor Ready from April 2003 to August 2007 and as an Instructional Designer at Seattle's Best Coffee from 2001 to 2003. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from City University of Seattle (1992-1994) and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Central Washington University (1989-1992).
