Marcio Fernandes

Marcio Fernandes is an accomplished business leader and founder of Thutor, where Marcio has served as Presidente do Conselho and developed the Philosophy of Management since September 2017. Prior to this role, Marcio held the position of CEO at Elektro from August 2004 to September 2017. An accomplished author, Marcio has written best-selling books including "Felicidade da Lucro," "Fim do Circulo Vicioso," and "Filosofia de Gestão Cultura e Estratégia COM as Pessoas." Marcio's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, INSEAD, and IMD, along with an MBA from FEA USP and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
