Ricardo Dalge

Ricardo Dalge has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at Clariant. Ricardo then transitioned to the role of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they focused on continuous improvement projects and gained international experience. In 2017, they joined Thutor as a Project Manager, spreading the philosophy of management across industries and countries. Ricardo focused on efficiency, strategic HR processes, organizational culture, process design, design thinking, and people analytics. In 2024, they became the Director of Operations at Thutor.

Ricardo Dalge has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2017, they attended Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and obtained a Graduate degree in Market Intelligence in 2018. Additionally, they have certifications in Excel to MySQL: Analytic Techniques for Business Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates and Black Belt from UMS (Consulting/Training) GmbH, obtained in 2016.
