Lee Mayne

Lee Mayne is an experienced operations and continuous improvement professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Continuous Improvement & Process Manager at Thwaites Ltd since September 2019, Lee has held various key positions across multiple companies, including APU Manager at AKWEL and Continuous Improvement Manager at Gestamp. Lee's career also includes significant roles at COVPRESS ASSEMBLY LIMITED, Brose, and BMW, showcasing a strong focus on enhancing production processes and training teams.
