Patrick Butler is an experienced Test and Development Engineer with extensive expertise in managing development projects and teams. Currently at Thwaites Ltd since July 2018, responsibilities include overseeing the Development workshop and ensuring health and safety standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Global Test and Development Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on prototype and production testing, and creating customized test equipment. Earlier roles involved systems integration and testing for Caterpillar’s Compact Wheel Loader Team, as well as technical engineering and instruction. Patrick Butler holds a BSc in Engineering from Harper Adams University.
