Peter Skinner

Peter Skinner has worked in the software engineering field since 2014. Peter began their career as an Information Technology Specialist 2: Programming and TIA: Tax Preprocessing at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer at InsightSquared. In 2016, they took on the role of Software Engineer at LevelTrigger, where they were responsible for designing, API/UI development, client demos, and in part product discovery. Peter used a development stack of Angular 1, RequireJS, Google Maps, Mapbox, D3, Django, PSQL, and a design stack of Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, and Marvel. In 2018, they joined PathAI as a Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Front-End Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Thyme Care.

Peter Skinner obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Games and Simulation, Arts and Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2009 and 2013. Peter has also obtained several certifications from The Global Health Network, including GCLP: Quality Management and GCLP: Sample Management, Conduct of the Work, Data Recording, and Data Reporting in June 2021, ICH Good Clinical Practice E6 (R2) in July 2020, GCLP: Facilities, Equipment, Materials and Reagents, GCLP: Method & Systems Validation, GCLP: Organisation and Personnel, and GCLP: Standard Operating Procedures & Analytical Plan in April 2020, and Introduction to Good Clinical Laboratory Practice in April 2020.
